Abstract
There are available four ways of incision in accomplishing augmentation mammoplasty. One of those on the lateral boarder of the Pectoralis major muscle below the axilla is simple and the best to enhance an approach to the subpectoral space.
The advent of this route is less attributed to such all complications as capsular contracture, bleeding and hematoma, subsequent ptosis, rupture of the implants, sensory change and necessity of drainge.
